Cork Bags Storage methods

Cork bags are a natural product and are “live”, so when storing them, try to put them in a bag or wrap them in cotton, do not vacuum pack them or use plastic bags, and do not let them “breathe” naturally, in fact, keep them ventilated.
If you are storing your cork bag until the next season, fill the inside of the bag so that it doesn’t warp inside. You can use paper and onion paper, but do not use newspapers or magazines as they will stain the inside of the bag.
Don’t press heavy objects onto your cork bag or stack them, try to store them without folding and warping them.
Try to keep them away from light and moisture. Store in a cool, dry place to avoid mold and mildew.
Avoid contact with sharp or rough objects that could damage or rub against it to avoid damage.

Cork bag maintenance points

Cork accessories are natural products that should not be placed in direct sunlight or exposed to sunlight, and if they are printed or stained, this may accelerate their oxidation.
If the cork bag has a metal zip, to prevent the zip from catching you can apply a little soap to the zip to smooth out the chain.
If you have cosmetics or liquids in your bag, keep them in a ziplock bag or dressing-case to avoid staining the inside of the bag.

How to clean a cork bag

Cork is a completely waterproof material and you can get it wet without any worries (of course I’m sure you’ll love your cork bag) and you can wipe it down with a damp cloth and clean it up easily.
If your cork bag is dirty, you can soak it in warm water, wipe it down with soap and after cleaning, rinse the soap off with water.
Then put the cork bag in a cool, ventilated place and let it dry naturally, keeping it in a horizontal position to prevent it from warping.
