Cork is extracted from the bark of the cork oak tree, which can be barked approximately every 10 years and is sustainably harvested - the trees are not harmed during the cork removal process. Cork fabric is made from the bark of the cork oak tree. Cork is a unique natural raw material and cork fabric is a perfect alternative to animal leather. Cork fabric is soft to the touch and has no two equal parts.
Vegan & Eco-Friendly
Cork is the bark of the cork oak. It is a 100% natural plant. The harvested cork oak trees absorb 3-5 times more carbon dioxide than the unharvested ones.
Lightweight
Over 50% of its volume is air, which makes it very light. It weighs just 0.16 grams per cubic centimetre, and it can float.
Elastic & Compressible
It can be compressed to around half its thickness without losing any flexibility, and it decompresses, recovering its initial shape and volume, as soon as it ceases to be compressed.
Wear Resistance
Cork is resistant to wear, thanks to its honeycomb structure, which makes it less affected by impact or friction than other hard surfaces.
Antistatic & Anti-allergic
It can be compressed to around half its thickness without losing any flexibility, and it decompresses, recovering its initial shape and volume, as soon as it ceases to be compressed.
Excellent thermal & Acoustic insulator
Cork has low conductivity to noise and vibration. This is because the gaseous components contained in cork are enclosed in small impermeable compartments, isolated from each other by a moisture-resistant substance.

HZCORK uses imported FSC-certified cork raw materials from Portuguese Amorim (the world’s largest cork supplier) and follows the Portuguese standard of hand sorting materials to ensure the quality of the materials.

What is Your MOQ For The Order?
Usually, for stock we do not have a minimum order quantity, please contact us to confirm the product stock.
What Is The Turnaround Time On My Order?
Expect delivery within 1 week if you are purchasing an already manufactured item without customization. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for mass production products with custom logo.
